Villa Danilo - Sicilia Vacanza

Alles in allem ok aber nicht das Traumhaus, welches in der Anzeige verkauft wird, daher waren wir enttäuscht. Das Haus war generell sauber, ausser das Geschirr, welches teils nicht sauber war. 2 von 3 Betten sehr bequem (aber eher weich bis sehr weich). Besitzer unkompliziert, flexibel und freundlich. Nan kann aber nicht (wie angegeben) mit Karte zahlen. Wasser wurde in grosser Menge bereit gestellt.

Die Fotos sind sehr vorteilhaft, die Zimmer sind in echt viel kleiner und das Haus hat sicher niemals 150m2 Wohnfläche wie angegeben. Es sind 3 Doppelbetten und nicht wie angegeben einmal 2 Einzelbetten. Alles hat sehr stark nach Raumparfüm gerochen. Im Haus war es recht kühl und die Decken dafür teils zu dünn. Im Bad riecht es unangenehm nach Feuchtigkeit/Moder. Das Wasser kommt leicht braun aus der Leitung und ist nicht mal zum Kochen geeignet. Die ganze Umgebung war wie ausgestorben, die meisten Häuser leer. Das war leicht gruselig. Der "tolle Strand" ist ein grosser Haufen von Felsen, Steinen und Schmutz und nicht nutzbar. Das Haus kann man kaum finden, die Adresse existiert nicht auf Maps. Der Weg/die Einfahrt ist sehr schmal und man kann nicht wenden.

It was initially difficult to find the villa. Search for Villa Palme on Google maps and you will reach Villa Danilo.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely perfect for our group of six. The outdoor area was fantastic, with plenty of space to relax and a BBQ available for those who want to use it. There was ample room to park two cars comfortably, and the villa matched the photos perfectly—no surprises. We loved having two bathrooms, and the bedrooms were both clean and spacious. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the living room, with its two comfy sofas, was a great spot to relax. The location was ideal to go to the beach. Just a 5-minute walk to a stunning, clean beach with crystal-clear water. While you can enjoy the beach for free, there's also a beach bar with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a restaurant where the arancini were a real treat. Communication with the host was excellent—always prompt and readily available to assist with any queries. Overall, the villa provided a fantastic experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

We loved everything about our stay, with just one minor point to mention—the toilet. Unfortunately, we couldn’t flush toilet paper and had to dispose of it in a small bin, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this was a small issue in an otherwise fantastic experience.
