DEThe room is a renovated old Romanian building which means it is fresh in appearace but has some issues like very little hot water after a very long wait (4 minutes?) But this is not a showstopper. A convenient spot and quiet area close to the town center and Iulius shopping mall.

RSThe Villa is aproximately 20 minutes from the center. It is in a quiet neigborhood and they have their own parking. You don't need to reserve it or pay for it. A/C is included in the price of accomodation. Clean sheets, clean towels are available. Paper cups and bottles of water were already waiting in our room. Rooms have a small fridge. There is free coffee and tea in the lobby for all guests at any time. Rooms have heavy curtains so when there is a lot of sun, you can cover your windows. Rooms are not for smokers, you can smoke on the balcony where you are provided with ashtray. Also, rooms are just like in pictures, you can ask for beds to be separated or joined. WIFI was available for free and it was ok. Hot water is available at all times in bathroom.
Beds, mattresses were really soft! I don't know if those were used a lot or those were just like that, but for my taste, they were too soft and for some reason they were constantly slipping of the beds so I had to adjust them a lot. As for the bathroom, sink and shower drains were almost always flodding, not so that water was sipping into room, but as much that you stepped into water everytime that you entered bathroom. When you wanted to take a shower, you should move faucet to hot water, let it pour and wait for a few minutes for it to come. Then you can shower with nice hot/warm water. Someone already mentioned this in the comments (so this is just a note). The rooms don't have electric kettle in them, you can get boiling water from coffee machine in the lobby (this is also just a note).
