"If we go to Ljubljana again, we will definitely stay at this property again."

The host met us promptly and she was warm and helpful. The apartment is very nice, and in a great location. The shower and bathroom were excellent, along with having a washing machine.

It was a central location. The apartment was tastefully decorated and well maintained. I would highly recommend this place. The host Mateja was very helpful and easy to communicate and approach.

"Fantastic place in heart of Ljubljana"

This place was truly a home away from home. Centrally located, easy to reach with public transport or by walking, and flexibility with check-in and check-out were very convenient. The flat is big, warm, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The complimentary wine, fruit, breakfast and snacks were a lovely touch! Our host, Mateja, was really responsive and helpful, and provided some great tips for our stay. Thank you for your welcome and hospitality!

"Calm and modern apartment in city centre"

The apartment is ideally located in a calm corner of city centre - perfect if you are visiting Ljubljana for both work and leisure. It is quiet, new, clean, with a very comfortable bed and all the appliances are new. There is a really good restaurant just around the corner with nice breakfast options, supermarket is a 5 minute’s walk, and lively area of the old town less than 10 minutes on foot. Mateja is an excellent host.

Mateja was a delightful host, and she provided more in terms of useful amenities, including a variety of breakfast items, than is typical for a rental apartment. I appreciated her kindness and hospitality.

Not much. The bed was a bit soft for my liking, but that is a matter of preference, not a complaint. In all, I would recommend staying at Forum II.

"The best apartament in Liubliana."

The apartment is well localed, close to a lot of Interesting places in the city center. It is really beautifull, nice decoration and with everything you may need.

Everything was perfect.
