Really comfortable and easy to use space. Everything you need and great location.

Great location, spacious living / outdoor area

Set up for smaller children, bunk beds were small with a very small space between top and bottom. No black out curtains in downstairs bedroom. A coffee plunger would be a great addition. A little more care with dusting ( bedside tables and coffee table were in need of the duster)

Love the communication. Lovely kitchen/family room. Comfortable beds. Warm. Jacuzzi. Decking. Well stocked kitchen, even had a bottle opener for the corked wine.

No milk but minor No one was a fan of the bed pillows

The layout of the property was fantastic. There was plenty of room for the kids to play safely. It was clean and tidy. Beds were all comfortable

First night in the accomodation and first bath for the kids. The bath plug wouldn't release. Meaning the only shower was out of order. It wasn't until the next day that it was fixed. Meaning no showers for the adults. Due to the fact that you have to contact book a batch to get the issue sent to the correct party. I found this took a bit of time and wasn't the fastest way to resolve the problems. On the last day, of checkout, we had no water. Once again I had to contact book a batch to ask if it was a scheduled outage, or batch related. This wasn't batch related. But still made leaving and final cleaning difficult. We also couldn't find the fireplace gard. Nor was the vacuum cleaner in any sort of working order. Which once again, was an inconvenience when kids are involved, but not to big of an issue over all.

I loved the spacious living room and the fireplace! Coming from Australia it was very cozy and special. Having multiple rooms to suit everyone was a great touch too.

The floor in the hallway and living area was very cold to step on. It would also be a slipping hazard for children.

Loved the house and spa. Better than the pictures. My 1 year old daughter loved the play room. Clean beautiful tidy house. Perfect for our stay. The hedge around the property made it private and enjoyable.

Concrete floor, the path from spa to bathroom was hard to clean the wet foot prints, and the step down from the shower to the floor was slippers and a bit of a step down.
