J Beach Stay

They did not provide the room even after booking through booking.com and they said the rooms are full

The only thing we liked is the location, only 100 mts. from sea beach, no other pros we found during our stay here from 27 to 31 December 2024.

We are very very disappointed to stay here. 1. Room tariff is not at all pocket friendly compared to the facilities offered. We paid Rs 4200 per night stay (for 4 night stay we had to pay Rs 16800) and one can easily find a better facilities with this amount (along with complementary breakfast facilities, which is absent here). 2. No drinking water was available, except only 2 Kinley water bottles (500 ml) were given during check in. The water purifier was not functioning from day 1 and no initiatives were taken to repair it, instead of my regular request. We had to purchase mineral water bottle from out side. 3. We booked the room in early October and 50% of total amount had to pay in advance. Full payment had to made during CHECK IN and after that no request was entertained. 4. Bathroom size was also not good. One can hardly find it comfortable, just like small attached bathroom. 5. No room cleaning facilities available, even dustbin was not cleared for a single time. 6. Water Geyser was also not functioning, it is regulated externally, the switch inside the bathroom is only for show. Thank God we had found a pleasant weather during our stay, otherwise it would be a serious problem. 7. Bed sheets and comforter cover were also dirty and those seemed to not been cleaned for months. 8. Finally and lastly, the behaviour of the Manager was very rude, he doesn't know how to behave with guests, though we went to stay in a GUEST HOUSE.

The only good thing is it's location.

The rooms are very small as compared to how it looks in photos. The room has no ventilation and hence, is very stinky. The bedsheet is dirty. Overall it is an average hotel with high prices.

Clean rooms

It's poor facility , there was no body to attend phone calls too. The property making business illegally.. TV was there but remote was not working they said. After all no restaurant at the property . They didn't provide the invoice till . I can't understand how you allow this type of illegal property to serve us. We may go to consumer forum if you didn't take action against this type property and inform me what kind of action taken against the property.

I request to all travellers "DONT BOOK THIS PROPERTY " for your leisure trip at Visakhapatnam..
