This place is amazing. It is super clean with a lot of space and updated kitchen & bathrooms. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. I will definitely come stay again. I cannot say enough good things about it. The pool area was fun, the bar & bartender was excellent. I had a wonderful time here.

The Wi-Fi didn't work for the entire trip. I followed up multiple times and very little was done to resolve the issue. When I asked to be comped for the inconvenience they refused.

A lot of space, huge balcony and well equipped. I would highly recommend this to everyone as it is very good value for the price.

Considerable cost for parking the car (40$ per day) as I never noticed that there is extra cost for parking.

Missing vanity drawer. The tub was impossible to fill because it was just a trickle of cold water. There is no possibility for streaming any video service, nor to cast from my cellphone to the TV. Therefore, we were stuck with poor local news and channels. Valet parking only was driving a classic car, and they wouldn't even allow me to ride with them. Was offered to park outside the front door for $160 per day Elevators were always packed at peak hours, with people barefoot dripping water from the pool. Do not stay in that place bot worth the money at all.

We booked a 2-bedroom condo with an ocean view, but when we arrived at midnight after a long day of travel, we were given a unit facing the back of the building. When I contacted the host, they claimed it was an “upgrade” to a 3-bedroom condo — something we didn’t need, as it was just me, my wife, and our 1-year-old baby. I specifically chose this condo for the ocean view, and we were extremely frustrated and disappointed, but too exhausted to deal with moving at that hour. The condo was very dirty — filthy carpets, a stained couch that looked and smelled disgusting, and food crumbs, pills, and even old socks under the bed. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. The elevator situation was a nightmare. We had to wait around 30 minutes each time to go up or down because it stopped at every floor, often packed and unusable. To top it all off, we were charged an extra $400 for parking and resort fees for 4 days — and the resort fee wasn’t even mentioned in the listing. We would definitely not stay here again.

Soon as we got to the apartment they requested another $300 for resort fees this should have been included in the booking or at least mentioned. The elevator was broken and all guest were stuck in their for for 30-45 mins coming and going out the hotel! This was a major inconvenience and no one wanted to address this issues
