Location, clean, airey comfortable, easy access.

Kitchen could do with paper towel. Shower next to main bedroom, leaks badly, a lot of water runs off at the tap connect rather than the shower.

"Apartamento amplio cerca del centro histórico"

Es un apartamento amplio. Muy cerca de la catedral y el centro histórico. Las camas son cómodas y en las 3 habitaciones hay camas de matrimonio. Los dos baños tienen ducha, lo que lo hace muy cómodo si van varias personas. Tiene plaza de parking, lo que se agradece porque en la zona no es fácil encontrar aparcamiento.

El ruido. Estaba en un primer piso y se oía el portazo del portal cada vez que alguien entraba y salía. Igual se oía a los vecinos: portazos, grifos, hablar, roncar... El aislamiento es bastante malo y dificulta el descanso. No lográbamos que funcionaran correctamente las bombas de calor y el piso estaba helado. Preguntamos a la dueña y la respuesta fue que "nadie se había quejado". Entendemos que, si pasa, la respuesta debe ser otra. Al final lo solucionamos nosotros mismos.
