"fantastica villa immersa in un curatissimo giardino tropicale"

questa è una magnifica villa immersa in un meraviglioso giardino tropicale curatissimo. la casa ha 3 camere doppie, due bagni, una grande cucina attrezzata di tutto, un salone con divani e tavolo e soprattutto una bellissima terrazza dove poter mangiare. i proprietari sono super disponibili, gentili, accoglienti. la casa ha circa una trentina d'anni, è arredata in stile caraibi, ma chiaramente deve essere stata da poco rinfrescata perchè non ci sono segni di usura; i due bagni sono nuovi. aria condizionata in due delle camere, nella terza c'è ventilatore a soffitto. il giardino è davvero bellissimo.

qualche piccolo suggerimento che abbiamo dato ai proprietari sulle attrezzature di cucina, ma niente di speciale. tenere conto che la macchina è indispensabile perchè la casa si trova in una zona non raggiunta (o difficilmente) dai servizi pubblici. sulla cartina puo' sembrare "lontana" ma in realtà è a soli 7 minuti dal centro di Le Marin.
