The location was central

The bed was extremely low. The essentials for cooking were lacking very cold takes long to heat up even with heaters on the door doesn’t open or lock easily shower was cold even with booster settings on bed and bathroom floor covered with hair wasn’t cleaned properly

Warm and safe location, reasonably clean & comfortable.

Lack of some low cost accessories such as coat hooks in the entrance hall, shower screen seal base not tight, and one or 2 lamps in living room and a mirror in 2nd bedroom. Some neighbourly noise late Saturday night into early hours of Sunday

wouldn’t know I will be putting in a formal complaint with booking.com firstly there was the location described as a central location, however a 30 minute walk. but that wasn’t the main issue. on arrival I phoned the number on the listing to be told he wanted £120 in cash before he gave me the entrance pin into the gated car park. this wasn’t mentioned on the advert, unprofessional and rude so instead we find alternate accommodation at a travel lodge.
