El trato con Pilar ha sido excepcional, disponible prácticamente en todo momento y pendiente de los detalles, un verdadero encanto. El apartamento es tal y como se ve en las fotos, a pie de calle y de muy fácil acceso, las instalaciones son cómodas y modernas, la cama y el sofá cama están geniales y las almohadas son buenas, la cocina es fácil de usar y totalmente equipada, el baño está genial y tiene extractor. A prácticamente 3/4 minutos está la estación de tren de Zarautz y a otros 4 minutos más estás en el paseo marítimo caminando, a la vuelta del edificio del apartamento también se encuentra un supermercado con todo lo necesario. Únicamente si tuviese que decir algo es el poco ruido que pudiera venir del exterior teniendo en cuenta que es un bajo, pero el detalle es minúsculo y a duras penas se aprecia, no es algo desagradable ni hace que la estancia sea mala por lo tanto no hay ningún problema con ello. La estancia no ha podido ser mejor, en cuanto podamos volveremos.

Totalmente reformado y nuevo. Cocina y baño con unos acabados impresionantes.

Es un local habilitado como apartamento que está a pie de calle y no puedes abrir las ventanas si quieres tener intimidad

Location.

Room was facing the street. It wasn't very busy/noisy the time we were there, but you can still hear people walking past the apartment.

Small, clean and very well equipped studio, with direct entrance from the street. Location within walking distance to the center and the beach. The parking space is not reserved, but once found on the street it is prepaid by the host, who gave me a card to put on the car window. Good wifi.

Construction site in front of the entrance, with the implicit noise. For one night it didn't matter.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a short stay. Everything inside worked well, and it was comfortable overall.

The location was hard to find because of nearby construction, which started directly in front of the entrance at 7:00 AM — this was not disclosed by the host. Also, the listing showed windows that appeared to be clear, but in reality, they were not transparent, which felt misleading.

A lot of facilities - washing machine and kitchen

The madras was very soft and the pillows very hard so my back broke. The room is at street level and the entrance is right on the street so a bit noisy and not so private

Didn’t spend much time in property but was clean and not too far from centre of Zaratz. No iron at property but one was left for us once I requested one

It was directly on a road and traffic was quite noisy. Construction noise quite bad (not property’s fault though)
