Chambre assez vaste Bien placé avec les commodités urbaines classiques. Pas utilisé la cuisine, mais j'ai vu le strict minimum. Bien dans l'ensemble. Petit balcon. J'étais en étage élevé.

Un peu bruyant en ouvrant la fenêtre mais bon l'immeuble est sur une grande artère. Propreté peu mieux faire en regardant de près L'ascenseur était pas disponible ́le premier jour, c'est bon pour le cardio 4 étage.

"Good location and fair price but could do with some small repairs and kitchen inventory update."

The property is well located. It’s great for a short stay as it is small and compact.

Unfortunately the kitchen is not very well equipped: 1 wine glass only, no matching water glasses, only 1 sharp knife.. also the surfaces in the apartment were very dusty and when cleaned would come back the next day. Also the shower mat had mold coming off it so we removed that, and the sealant on the side of the shower was coming off and slightly mostly. The bathroom sink also badly leaked. The was also only 2 toilet paper rolls for 2 people for 9 days which isn’t really enough…

Localisation idéale avec les transports à proximité. Belle surface de chambre avec un grand lit.

La salle de bain mériterait d'être rafraichie, surtout la douche. La vaisselle et le matériel de cuisine est très sommaire. La climatisation est capricieuse (fonctionne mieux sur niveau II que sur niveau III, nous n'avons jamais réussi à descendre en-dessous 24,5°C).

L'appartamento è carino e dotato di tutto

L'appartamento sembra pulito ma non lo è assolutamente. Ma la cosa più grave è che viene prevista l'aria condizionata, ma senza essere avvisati ci sono due semplici ventilatori.

"Bellissimo appartamento basterebbe poco per essere al top"

L' appartamento è accogliente ed ha molte comodità per rendere piacevole il soggiorno è ampio e molto luminoso. Una cosa non scontata è la porta che divide la camera dal guardaroba.Gli asciugamani molto morbidi, il letto grande e comodo. C'è la macchina per il caffè con le capsule e anche la moka.

La pulizia è da rivedere , il wc era più pulito quando sono andato via rispetto a quando sono arrivato. Sotto al tappeto c'era la polvere per problemi di allergia ho controllato.
