2 bedroom apartment on Peebles High Street

Characterful. Great location. Clean. Well equipped. Private. Comfortable. Stylish.

Entrance to flat. A small space for 3 of us to be taking off our shoes. Small shoe bench on first landing maybe?

Amazing, beautiful apartment. Very smooth trip- well equipped, immaculately clean, clear instructions for arrival, we had everything we needed which made it stress free.

Parking is the only limitation but we knew about this so it’s not really a negative, just a bit of a faff. We arrived after shops shut so we’re able to park on high street to unload then park up elsewhere for free nearby. Very central so didn’t need the car much once we arrived.

Location was great, centrally placed right on the high street. Access to all local shopping, pubs, amentities. Decor was fresh, airy, clean gave a great look, feel to the property. Bathroom setup was great. Parking okay for us, on street parking available when spaces and payment one across bridge or a free one further up if you don't mind a short back.

Used property over a weekend, so late evening pub turnouts did wake us one of the nights but appreciate based on the main street. I would not say second bedroom was a double bed as two boys (11) were not comfortable. Stairs up into property as above shop but no handrails fitted

Very clean and modern property in a fantastic location right in the centre of Peebles.

Nothing really it was all great, the only item I would like to see is secure MTB storage for people travelling to ride the many MTB trails around this area. This is a personal point though and nothing against the property.

Excellent facilities, the apartment was very clean. Every thing is thoroughly thought out to make your stay comfortable.
