The apartment was clean, spacious enough, and offered solid amenities including air conditioning and a washing machine. Its location was reasonably convenient as well. In conclusion, while the apartment is generally functional and well-equipped, there is no private parking as advertised, and the owner is likely to react defensively to any constructive feedback. I would advise future guests to set expectations accordingly. I would have rated the stay a 10/10, but the back and forth with the owner left me a bitter taste.

The primary issue was the parking. The listing explicitly stated private parking, which was a decisive factor in choosing this property. In practice, only free public street parking was available, with no guaranteed or reserved space. I accepted this after arrival, but the owner refused to take any accountability for the misleading listing, instead shifting blame to Booking.com for the inaccurate description. When I raised this problem, the owner responded unprofessionally and took my legitimate concern as a personal attack, even implying at times that he was somehow doing me a favor by offering this accommodation... despite the fact that I paid for the stay in full.
