We strictly DO NOT allow a group of more than 6 people. Incase a group of 2 or more, beds may be allocated across different dorm rooms based on real-time availability. Further, if the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Zostel Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds. Children under 18 years of age, with or without guardians, are not permitted to enter or stay at any of the hostels. We do not recommend families. The property only accepts a government ID as valid identification proof. No local ID shall be accepted at the time of check-in. The property believes in self-help and does not provide luggage assistance or room services. Drugs and any substance abuse are strictly banned inside and around the property. Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per the property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same. Zostel Goa (Morjim) has free and paid parking spaces for 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler vehicles, respectively. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
