I loved this house. The view is amazing and everything is in mint condition.

Excellent views and well equipped apartment, dedicated parking, a really comfortable place for our family. Generally I would say it was worth the higher than average price, BUT the listing doesn’t clearly state that the two units (upstairs and downstairs) are connected with an interior door. They are not truly separate units. More importantly, like the other reviewers mention, I was shocked to have to submit a photo of my ID and credit card by e-mail for them authorize the damage deposit. A damage deposit is totally fine (and they do mention it in the t&c in their booking listing), but the stay was prepaid and my credit card is saved with my profile. I think it should be unacceptable on Booking.com to require guests to submit such sensitive information outside of the platform, by e-mail.

The view, good size couch and nice kitchen/bathroom

The beds were very uncomfortable.. the couch was nicer to lay on. 4 of us stayed here and were celebrating finishing the half marathon, had a few drinks and accidentally spilt one on the rug which we cleaned up. They charged us $180 to get this cleaned a bit pricey for a minor incident that you could hardly smell or see at all
