Thanks again to Carmela and Umberto (our hosts) for the warm welcome despite our late arrival. The apartment is just wonderful, recently renovated, designed and furnished with delicate taste. The beds are big and comfortable, the sheets are super soft and light. It is situated in an authentic southern italian neighbourhood :), very close to the Circumvesuviana train station so we could get around easily without car (the free and closed parking lot is only a few steps from the apartment). There are a good supermarket, grocery shops, pharmacy, bars, take-away pizzerias and take-away roast chicken just around the corner. We enjoyed our stay at La cortea di Poppea, it was simply perfect for our family.

"The owner was constantly monitoring who is in apartment's and even visited apartment."

The location is walkable to public transport and beach. The apartment is after full renovation and tidy and clean. Very good parking.

I dont like that camera in front of the door constantly monitoring you. The street was in a very bad condition, a lot of rubbish on a way to the sea.

All. First the building that hosts the apartment. The apartment is amaizing. Very nicely decorated and very spacious. The 3.5-4 m high ceiling creates a sense of space and comfort. Everything is very new and smells new even though the building it is in is almost 150 years old. The owners, Carmela and Umberto, I think are the nicest and most beautiful Italians! It is also very close from the Circumvesuviana train station(10 min on foot)
