No daily housekeeping to clean the property

The location is great—right in the centre of Jakarta but still relatively calm and not overly busy. The unit size is suitable for up to 4 guests, but it can feel quite tight beyond that. The smaller room, in particular, doesn’t have enough space to comfortably open luggage. A big plus is that the property is located right next to Setiabudi One, which offers a great selection of restaurants and makes dining very convenient.

One key concern is accessibility. The bathroom is not wheelchair-friendly, as the shower is inside a high bathtub, making it difficult and unsafe for anyone with mobility challenges. There were also no anti-slip mats provided in the tub, which makes it quite slippery and potentially hazardous. Additionally, after each shower, water tends to spill out from the bathtub and flood the bathroom floor, which we had to clean up ourselves using a squeegee. This is something that should definitely be improved. Other than that, everything else was satisfactory, and the host was attentive and responsive throughout our stay.

Everything so organized, from the check in to the stay.. helpful staff connected via WhatsApp.. will book with them again once I’ll be back to Jakarta.

Everything about the property is great. The host is so responsive, the house is in excellent condition, the guards at the property is so nice and helpful, the area is easy to get grab and near to almost everything i need. It was a pleasant 1 week stay and i feels like home
