Location of the property was excellent, we had everything we needed in the appartment, it was warm and cosy.

The mattress in bedroom one was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs, and yet there was an amazing memory foam topper in the lounge bed. I suggest you add a topper to the other two beds.

The Appartment was really nice.Apart from no hairdryer it was equipped with everything. Very cute and cosy, excellent choice for a romantic quiet weekend.

Parking was a problem with many spaces being permit only, luckily I know the area well but still a hike with luggage. No heating instructions and it was icy cold inside.. the Appartment was Clean but the bathroom radiator needs a good clean, very sticky and bah.

Property was clean and warm and relatively quiet considering it was on a main road. Useful to have washing machine and dishwasher.

The property is not a 2 bedroom apartment. It's a one-bedroom apartment with a bed in the lounge as as such was mis-sold. Even worse the mattress in the bedroom was old, hard and very uncomfortable - a comfortable bed is surely a fundamental requirement when letting a property. Parking was difficult - we should have been issued with a permit. Shower was too hot even when on coolest setting. I think this is more suited to student accommodation than a holiday let and it certainly wasn't value for money.
