El apartamento en general estaba bien y era cómodo para la estancia. La vivienda cumplía con lo esperado y tenía lo necesario.

La conexión a internet era bastante mala y la televisión se cortaba constantemente. Además, los baños tenían mal olor durante la estancia, lo cual resultaba incómodo. También vimos alguna cucaracha en el patio

Venimos de pareja con niños. El dueño de apartamento se porto muy bien con nosotros desde principio hasta final. Comunicación WhatsApp. Al llegar apartamento estaba limpio y al dormir cómodo. Para cenar una tarde encontramos todo necesario para preparar una bonita mesa. Hasta una botella de vino. También café, sal y aceite. Bueno, viajamos mucho y alojamos en distintos hogares. Este fui acogedor y tranquilo. No hay ruidos raros para dormir y todo fui genial. Varias veces nos saludo el vecino gatito de al lado😊👍. Gracias y hasta próxima...

The price was competitive for what else was available during the period for a week stay.

The house is very much someone's holiday home that they give you access too in order to make money, and isn't at all considering the guest experience. We arrived to be told there was no WiFi (and therfore the TV had no service too) and it would be fixed in 72 hours max (it wasn't). Not ideal but we agreed as we were staying a week, and could understand that over the weekend may be harder to get this fixed. The apartment has all the owners personal items everywhere which meant very little usable space in wardrobes. The photos are old and show the place much newer and cleaner than it is. The sofas and cushions smelt badly, the kitchen items quite dirty, the light switch in the bathroom was exposed, and dangerous as it's next to the sink, but there was no other way to turn it on other than placing your fingers into the exposed switch, the bathroom door didn't close or lock next to the kitchen meaning it was always a little open facing the living and dining area, for obvious reasons this is not ideal. The downstairs smelt of sewerage coming from the bathroom. The bedding was old, worn and missing zips, the blinds are all twisted and broken allowing lots of light in which isn't ideal for sleeping, and the shower only allowed for one very short hot shower before the hot water tank ran out, the tank is very small and not suitable for 4 people (for which the place is advertised), it took a long time for four us to get ready waiting for the water to heat between showers or we had one very short hot shower and three cold ones. Overall it wasn't a positive experience or stay, when I contacted the owner he was very dismissive and was only concerned to not take any blame, and that his property manager would sort everything.

Host Andrzej was very kind and helpful. Free parking on the street. Equipped kitchen. Terrace. Location is good about 10 minuted by car to the beach.

Excellent facilities, security and privacy. Andrzei was very attentive and accommodating, friendly and very helpful. Would definitely come again.

Bit far from the main attractions of playa del ingles

Spacious apartment, 2 good size bedrooms and 2 nice bathrooms, smart tv and good cooking facilities.

The only thing we were dissapointed with was there was no sun on the garden, we are both sun lovers....There is a lovely communal pool area, where there a plenty of sun loungers and it was lovely and quiet, however it would have been nice to have a sun lounger in the garden at times..
