Building was unprepossessing but accomodation on the top floor was nice. Kitchen and dining was great. Bed was comfortable, bathroom very good. Free parking provided. Vittoria very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to shops and walking path along the river.

It's a little hard to find, no street number visible. Building is very large, the b&b is only a small part of the top floor but has good signage. There is no elevator, stairs only. Bedroom is cluttered with both a bed and bunks. Viittoria lives off site, so not immediately available to provide assistance.
