I loved the communication when messaging the managers, also I left clothing there that they sent to me in Gisborne so quickly and efficiently, great customer service, the pool and sauna was nice

When I got there my beds still had hair on the beds and on the towels unsure if the hair was in the dryer with it but it did put me off, also the dryer was broken I’m sure if I had communicated my issue with the managers they would of helped but I didn’t so I don’t blame them
