"Exceptional"

The room is absolutely beautiful, the view is like no other and it was breathtaking every time we would wake up to it. It’s a very cute room and the host even allowed us to keep the AC on whilst we went out to eat in order to find a cool room as we experienced a heat wave when we had went. The host is very nice and also helpful - couldn’t recommend this place enough.

The only thing that wasn’t 100% was that the bed was a bit uncomfortable and the room kept a lot of heat as it’s facing the sun however nothing major.

"Superb"

Everything was clean, beautiful and new.

We wish we had some dark curtains. We couldn't sleep that good because it was so bright in the morning. This was mentioned already in previous comments but nothing changed.

The view is incredible and you can enjoy it from the bed as well. The whole appartment is very new, very clean and pretty. The fridge and the coffee machine are very good to have. The space in the closet was sufficient. It was only a few minutes to walk to the center of Baunei and more restaurants and shops.

Depending on how long you are staying, the (main) room is a bit small. The bed was not so comfortable for us, but this is a question of personal taste. It is also directly at the main street with the terrace facing the street which you cannot see so well on the pictures, that was why we did not use the terrace at all, because you were missing out on the great view on the other side. You also have to be able to deal with quite some motorcycle noise from 9am on (which is a thing on the whole island basically and not a "fault" of the room though).
