Design house with swimming pool near the sea

Apartment was beautiful. Situated 5 mins from the beach and some lovely local restaurants. Pool was a bonus! Will be back!

Beautiful apartment well designed and in a good location to explore everything Valencia has to offer. Near transport links and walking distance to the beach and some fantastic bars and restaurants within 5 minutes walk we loved it. Bed was really comfortable and kids loved WiFi and Netflix. The property had lots of necessities provided free of charge and is just 5 minutes from a large new supermarket which has everything you would need. Great communication from the property team throughout our stay. Would recommend this property and Valencia we had a fantastic holiday.

A little tired in places and I’m not sure the Astro turf outside works as the water did not drain away near the pool. Cabanyal has some beautiful buildings but there is still a lot of dereliction and building work going on. The plunge pool is great to cool off in but don’t expect to enjoy it in the sunshine as the way it is positioned it is pretty much shaded.

Perfect apartment in a great part of the city, and perfect hosts! SO friendly and helpful, definitely recommend.

The property was lovely, modern & well equipped with everything you would need. Outside space with fab.

The only thing I would say is that the second bedroom with 2 single beds is that only one was a standard single the other I would class as a child’s bed - very narrow for an adult.

The apartment was very comfortable and spacious; tastefully decorated. We loved the location with easy access to trams, buses and the beachfront.
