Smeralda Sea View - Luxury Apartment

This is a lovely apparent that was comfortable for a family of five. The location was terrific and the view was very nice.

It was difficult to find as the entry to the apartment is tucked away from the street and there is no signage or property number. The doors to the balcony are old and difficult to open and shut.

It is a very clean, organized, modern home with usable space, kitchen, baths - Awesome views of the water and easy walking to shopping, eating, the waterfront and more! The host met us and explained everything - she was very nice and informative - they also have a list of information in English for restaurant recommendations and more.

2 of the beds were a little soft for us, we like firmer mattresses

We stayed on a Self Catering Basis, But, Our Hosts Lina and Sara left us a starter kit on arrival, which was a bottle of water, Croissants and a Bottle of Wine, which was really nice of them. 😀

The kitchen worktop space was quite small, but we managed out way around that.

Perfect location with amazing panoramic views across Olbia and beyond. Perfect base to explore the north east coastal areas (and beyond) via car. Very comfortable 3 double size bedrooms with 2 perfectly equipped bathrooms with amazing water pressure. We were missing a few items from the kitchen (corkscrew and chopping board) and the hosts were very quick to repsond and happily deliver the required items which was greatly appreciated. The kitchen is equipped with all you would need should you wish to cook now and then and plenty of glassware to enjoy a few drinks on the 2 balconies depending on whether you want a sea or city view. The apartment is on the 12th floor and is acciessible via a very efficient lift and the views are just stunning, especially at sunset. Very close to all shops/restuarants of Olbia town and FREE parking close by also. Host communication is excellent and response very quick.

The kitchen worktop area is a little small if you wish to cook as counter space is limited. But we managed perfectly well so do not let this deter you. As the rest of the apartment, bedrooms, beds, showers and views more than make up for it.
