Mabicarent Playa 2

The apartment is located on a busy street in the center of a touristy area- that said, the apartment is secure- there is a code to get into the building, a camera inside, 2 separate sets of multi-lock bolts, and the sliding doors (2) that open to a balcony overlooking the street can be covered with electronic roll-down metalic sunscreens that block sun and insure security. We felt very safe. Everything is so clean and appears to be new! The washing machine and drying rack is efficient and helpful in a beach town; the whole apartment is clean and organized- there is a lot of clever storage-it's immaculate! and beautifully decorated. Beach towels and sun umbrella were provided and so helpful for us-The owner is very kind, responsive, helpful. It was appreciated that one washing pod and 2 dishwasher pods were provided.

For safety reasons, there was no iron for clothing but when I asked, the owner offered to bring hers to me to use- so kind. I think directions for using the induction stovetop would have been helpful-not having one myself, we needed to youtube videos to understand how to use. Also, instructions/photos for garbage disposal= the cans in Spain are different colored but we did not know what to put in each (cardboard, glass, garbage, etc.) so we were told by a local resident what to do.

Great location and very good facilities. The bed was comfy too. Shower good power. Great place to stay right in the centre near shops and restaurants and cafes. The owner was very kind.

Perfect location 1 block from the beach. Clean and cozy. Great communication with host. Everything exceeded our expectations!
