Everything was amazing

Here are the things I liked. 1. Maria personally came to explain everything. Really appreciate that. 2. Rooms and toilet very clean. 3. Grocery market across the street. 4. Comfortable beds. 5. Nice big place for our group of four. 6. Aircons in all rooms. 7. Two bathrooms. 8. Comfortable seating arrangement in the hall. 9. Big hall, big kitchen.

There are several shortcomings. Except the last two, everything can be corrected easily. 1. One bathroom could not be locked. 2. Shower curtain / partition not present in other bathroom. Water gets everywhere. 3. Found one kitchen utensil unclean. 4. Small dustbins fill up quickly. 5. Just one washing machine tablet. 6. No bread toaster. 7. No toilet roll holder. 8. I love a good shower. But it should have optimum pressure & temperature. Here, the pressure is too much and the temperature adjustment too sensitive. 9. I really wanted to enjoy my morning tea and evening drinks with my friends in the balcony. That was my one of the main selection criteria. But here, the balcony is triangular, unclean, narrow, without furniture and with pigeons. 10. Small, jerky and noisy lift.

Шикарная квартира! Хозяйка милая и приятная, встретила нас, все рассказала. В квартире все предусмотрено до мелочей. Просторная квартира с качественной мебелью на центральной улице Кутаиси, есть подземный паркинг.

a large and spacious apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals. The apartment was very clean, with two comfortable bathrooms and strong water pressure. Several supermarkets, greengrocers, and a pharmacy were conveniently close. Overall, a very comfortable apartment for a family stay.

דירה גדולה ומרוווחת שהתאימה מצוין למשפחה גדולה כמו שלנו עם 7 נפשות, עם חלוקת חדרים טובה. ניקיון מוקפד בכל מקום וברמה גבוהה. מטבח מאובזר באופן מלא. דירה נוחה, נעימה, נהננו מאוד מהשהות.

הבנות שלי העירו שחסרה להם מראת גוף גדולה. המעלית קצת עשתה בעיות אבל זה לא היה משמעותי בכלל
