The location was great - a short walk to a very nice beach. The owner tried to make sure we were comfortable, even though there was a bit of a misunderstanding about leaving bags at the end of our stay and the apartment lacked a few things at the beginning.

The space is definitely smaller than 38 meters - perhaps that's including the upstairs rooms which are locked - but it still is quite comfortable. The apartment just needs a bit more attention and it would be really nice - if the cleaning could be better, if the bathroom towels were not so cheap & unpleasant, if there was a barrier for the shower floor so the water didn't run out so eaisly, if all the supplies were in the kitchen (like dish soap & a clean sponge & a dish towel).
