GB1. Location. Near the underground station Tetuan with the quick ride to the centre of Mardid. 2. The connection with the host. It was a very detailed instruction to get to the property. 3. The host was always in tuch and very helpful. 4. The amenities were above the average. Very well equipped kitchenette- stove and oven, microwave. Washing mashine. 4. The possibility to have two sleeping beds - above the seating area and a sofa bed.
1. Steep and slippery staircases . I'm an old lady and for me it was always a risk to go downstairs from the combined lavatory and douche. Apart form all that it's a very lovely mini loft , and I'd recommend it to younger couples.
SAI appreciated the spacious, clean, and well-organized accommodation. The owner was highly responsive, professional, and supportive, ensuring a smooth and comfortable stay. The location was also convenient.

ESEl alojamiento era como en las fotos, se sentía muy familiar y seguro. La ubicación ha sido uno de los puntos claves, ya que teníamos el metro a 200m andando y podíamos acceder a todo. Además, tienes un lidle enfrente. El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y en muy buenas condiciones además la cocina, el baño están muy bien equipados. Ha sido un placer y hemos disfrutado mucho de la estancia. Destacar la atención del dueño, muy amable simpático y atento en todo momento, muy recomendable, un 10!👍🏼

USThe loft had all that I needed for my 6-day stay. It was clean, nicely decorated. All appliances were in perfect working condition. Good WIFI and efficient electric blinds. The neighborhood is quiet, A well stocked LIDL supermarket 100 meters away and the Tetuan metro station 300 m from the door.
The bed and bathroom are upstairs, which wouldn't be a problem if the stairs had been built wisely. Within the space available without interference, it would be easy to add two more steps, reducing the size of treads and risers. If the host wants my advice on the matter, I will gladly tell him how to proceed. I like to climb outdoors, but those risers were really tough. The mattress needs to be replaced, memory foam is highly recommended.
