Mi dispiace ma non c’era niente da apprezzare

Siccome c’era un’invasione di formiche, ho parlato con la proprietaria, ma lei mi ha detto di arrangiarmi da solo con lo spray che sta in cucina. Nelle foto e nella descrizione c’erano piscina e palestra, ma in realtà non esistono. Mi ha detto che o mi pago io una palestra in città, oppure cancello la camera e vado in un altro hotel.

The location is awesome. The view is really nice.

- The room is too bright during the day. The curtains covers only 50-60% of the light. - No cleaning service daily. - Soap is limited. - We were not done packing and it was 40 minutes before check out time, but they were already cleaning up around us as we tried to finish packing. To me this was quite rude and showed a lack of respect to the customers.

Super convenient location. Friendly host. The apartment was very clean and cozy especially the spectacular view of the river and the tower.

The bathroom could be improved to be better usability such as the toilet paper holder location is not convenient. The shower has no soap holder. There should be an accessible hook for towels, The elevator/lift area should have lights on at all times since guests don't like darkness in common areas.

The view was stunning and the washing machine and dryer was much appreciated. The property was as described. It was very easy to communicate with staff. There was a big coffee shop Highland next door but it didn’t open till 7am so we tried a small coffee shop on the left of the building and it was really good. Strolling around the area was fun, at night there was a street vendor across the road selling desserts.
