M14 RESIDENZA BASSANELLO

Even though there was a nice kitchen, there was almost no equipment. No plates, no forks, no spoons, no cleaning products, no oil, no spices.

It’s located right near the Assunto stop, so getting around is extremely easy and convenient. The room was pristine clean, with a beautiful recently renovated bathroom and overall, seems like the property was renovated not that long ago, everything is fresh and cozy. Perfect stay to crash for a couple of nights.

The communication and check-in process was not optimal. There’s a smart-lock system in the apartment, where you have to get access codes from the host to unlock the doors to get in. I know this, because I lived in Padova before, that during bad weather weird things can happen to the internet, and since these devices (smart locks) operate, when internet is fully functional makes sense that when it’s raining something might not be working properly. I was supposed to get the codes before check in and no one sent me anything for hours, before I reached out myself to get instructions. I was offered a physical key that I had to pick up in the city center — not optimal, there could be a lockbox for these purposes at the property, I think. That being said hosts were very responsive to my inquiries and complains, I just think that communication should be preventive, where guests get fully transparent and clear instructions beforehand.

Bad staff with awful and rude attitude, no place to park (even though mentioned otherwise), the room isnt dark at all at night, the place is full with smoke (again, the place is non smoking), the location is far from anything, and the room was tiny and un comfortable. Cant describe in words how much it is not recommended- STAY AWAY!

New apartament with new equipment

Very bad communication with the Staff. The phone number was not working. We came to the place and ware waiting for 2h in front of the Door, waiting for any message with the codes from the Staff to enter the property. VERY DISAPPOINTED. No internet connection!! There was a large TV hanging on the wall, but coudnt watch anything because of no WIFI connection.
