Al nostro arrivo siamo stati accolti dalla proprietaria, la quale ci ha mostrato un appartamento in condizioni igieniche del tutto inaccettabili: sporco, trascurato e con evidenti segni di incuria, tra cui numerose ragnatele. Durante la prima notte si è verificata un’interruzione dell’energia elettrica, che non è stata ripristinata neppure il mattino seguente. Nonostante le ripetute segnalazioni all’agenzia, non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna assistenza concreta, e il personale si è dimostrato scortese e indisponibile, arrivando persino a interrompere la comunicazione telefonica. La mancanza di corrente ha causato il deterioramento degli alimenti conservati in frigorifero, con conseguente danno economico. Inoltre, il nostro bambino di quattro anni ha vissuto momenti di forte disagio e paura, trovandosi in una mansarda completamente al buio e in condizioni ambientali non sicure. Alla luce di quanto sopra, riteniamo che il soggiorno non abbia rispettato gli standard minimi di qualità e sicurezza previsti, e non abbiamo usufruito delletre notti pagati

Everything was so pretty in the appartement. I felt like I was in a fairytale. The beds where super comfy and the view was amazing.

The shower was a bit dirty there was mold on the walls and shower curtain. Maybe time to replace the curtain.... The airco was really loud and leaked.

The room decor was beautiful and cosy, with a nice viewing to the cosy Italian village street out of the windows. The location of the sea is near by car (about 25 minutes.) the kitchen has all the essentials for cooking and all the other facilities are in perfect working conditions. The beds are comfy.

Brilliant stay! Fantastic location, the interior design was stunning. The downside - wifi issues. But if you are on proper vacation-you don’t need that😊
