Attractive, warm and comfortable. Convenient location for purpose of holiday to visit family in Kaiapoi. Many cafes and shops within walking distance.

We could not get Nespresso machine to work despite reading manual and watching YouTube video. Very difficult returning key to lockbox after checking out. Stairs were unexpected and caused anxiety due to disability.

The beautifully decorated apartment is in a gorgeous historic building with a stationery store below. It had plenty of space for us and everything we needed for our stay. The chocolate biscuits and L&P drinks were a lovely touch and the host was very welcoming. There was plenty of bathroom linen. The TV was a little far from the sofa but we weren't there to watch TV for too long so not a big issue.

It is on the main road so a little noisy from cars at night but we slept in the smaller room and the closed doors blocked that noise out.
