Loving Loppia by Wonderful Italy

De rustige locatie. De communicatie over het betreden van het appartement.

There was a huge amount of mold in the bathroom (see picture). There is also a weird smell after taking a shower, because the bathroom is next to the bedroom and has no ventilation options. Also: to reach the appartement, you have to walk a lot of stairs and it is not easy to reach with luggage. The hosts Wonderful Italy did not respond on any message or mail before and during the stay.

Overnatningssteder beliggenhed var meget fint. WC. Og bruser fungerede fint. aircondition var perfekt i sove værelse .nydeligt og fint køkken.

Vi blev overrasket over der var 2 delte rum.ikke nok service i køkkenet. Et viskestykke til 14 dage?. Et håndklæde til hver i 14 dage alt for lidt. Kommode der var ødelagt og helt ubrugelig desuden lugtede den. spejlet over Kommode fjern det. det kan ikke bruges Nøgler til dørene var meget svære at bruge .

كان الحجز في الدور الاول اطلالة الشرفة جميلة جدا خاصة مع الفطور، والمطبخ كذلك يوجد فيه اغلب الاحتياجات وكان التصميم بوتيكي وانصح ربعنا انهم اذا بيحجزون يحجزون الدور الاول لان فيه خصوصية اعلى ولكن بالنسبة للدور الارضي مافيها خصوصية

السرير كان فيه مشكلة ميول من المنتصف موقع المنزل بالنسبة لموقف السيارة حيث تنزل درج كثيير ومتعب مع الاغراض ولكن في الخروج من السكن اخر يوم لك حل تنزل وتكمل مع الدرج

The views were nice. The accommodation is quaint

We arrived at the property at the exact check in time -3pm and we waited over 1.5 hours to get the access code. We had walked 20 mins to get the the location and we called the contact number 10 times and sent multiple whatsapp messages which were ignored. The owners just brushed it off as if nothing big happened. The A/C also was not working.

Everything was very clean and decorated nice, bed was comfy and we had a great sleep every night. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and made cooking very easy (however we would’ve enjoyed some bowls). Area was quiet with only a short walk into Bellagio centre which was an easy walk. We would definitely visit again if the shower was fixed.

The shower drain did not work and would overflow and flood the bathroom if the shower was on for more than 5 minutes. Which personally is not enough time. Was also strange that the kitchen and bedroom were not connected and had to go outside to go between rooms.

Fantastic location! The apartment is near the lake, the city center, restaurants, and ferry terminals. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. It was a true home away from home. Will definitely book again for our next trip.

I would have preferred a kettle in the apartment and a better shower.

The apartment on the first floor is pretty (as you can see on the pictures). The view on the lake from the outside corridor is nice. It is located 15 minutes from Bellagio (uphill so not the best option for people with walking difficulties). Tea and coffee is provided (plenty small coffee mugs available).

Bring your own toilette paper (as was told "it's a rental house, not a hotel, we provide for a courtesy set at the arrival")- it may be an issue as on Sundays shops are closed. There is no microwave nor toaster (although the description says there is). Not the best place if you want to cook- there is one pot, 1 bowl, 1 deep soup plate. The bathroom door (see though glass) closes from the outside, not inside.
