Bardzo czysty, doskonale wyposażony apartament. Dwie sypialnie, salon, kuchnia, łazienka. Bardzo miły i pomocny właściciel, z którym zawszy był bardzo dobry kontakt. Doskonałe położenie, kilka stacji metra od centrum Madrytu. W pobliżu apartamentu mnóstwo sklepów i restauracji. Serdecznie polecam!

Our hosts, Koldo and Marina, were outstanding and very kind. Communication was very easy from the time we first booked. As others have said, they left cold drinks in the fridge, and other grocery items which made life easier on arrival. Their attention to detail even provided shopping bags for the nearby market and supermarkets! The apartment is bright and well-equipped. Beds are comfortable. The lift was very useful to get our luggage to the apartment. (Note for anyone with mobility difficulties : there are six or seven steps before reaching the lift.) The building is very secure. It was in a location that really suited us - perfect for a relaxed, easygoing holiday. Easy access to Metro Line 1 meant we could visit the city centre and all the sights, but leave the crowds behind and return to a quieter area. It was lovely to finish the day sitting in a cafe across the square, watching locals meet and chat.

Spacious apartments close to the city center. Very well equipped and with an excellent host who welcomed, accompanied, answered all questions, showed the apartments. Parking is available, not next door but a short walk away. It should be noted that entering the parking lot is very narrow and it can be a challenge with a large car. All things for cooking were available in the apartments, also the owner had put several drinks in the fridge, cereals, milk, coffee, tea were available. If you don't get to go to the store, which is a 2-minute walk away, then you definitely can't go hungry.

The nearby area was a bit of a concern in terms of safety. There were a few other things that I wrote to the host about and I know it has already been improved!

FEATURES: The apartment looks just like in the pictures, very well equipped and clean. Both the matrimonial bed and the individual bed were very comfortable. The windows are equipped with roller shutters, so we rested very well. The kitchen and bathroom had all the equipment and all necessary supplies (for our whole stay). Everything was thought out by the host in the smallest details, so that we don't miss anything. The host left us water, beer, wine and juice in the fridge, very good coffee (ground coffee and capsules), a variety of teas for all tastes, cereal, cookies and milk, and also everything needed for seasoning and baking. In the evenings we enjoyed reading art and personal development books in Spanish in the living room. The elevator was very useful for us because we had luggage. HOST: Communication with Koldo was perfect! He welcomed us warmly and always responded very quickly to messages and was very kind, helping us every time. Our return flight was in the afternoon, so Koldo helped us to leave our luggage at the address after check-out time. LOCATION: The apartment is very well located, 4 minutes' walk from a metro station (in only 3 stops you are at Atocha, from where you can reach Toledo in 30 minutes, and in another 4 stops you are at Plaza del Sol) and 3 minutes' walk from supermarket and neighborhood market. It was very easy to reach from and to the airport, by taxi (20-25 minutes). We felt wonderful, so we want to return to Koldo's apartment! Thank you very, very much, Koldo, for everything! :)

The size of this lovely apartment for a weeks stay was great to chillout in. Our host Koldo is engaging and made our stay welcoming and he assisted promptly to any questions we had, offering advice and recommendations.. Many thanks Koldo. !! The apartment was clean, and spacious, it is secure in a block and well maintained. The kitchen was generously supplied with pantry staples and the fridge stocked with milk, water, juices, beer wine and all needed first up.. Beds are comfy with fresh linens. The bathroom has generous personal care provided. Laundry and cleaning products well catered for… The apartment is close to supermarkets and fresh fruit and veggie shops.. the Metro, is a short comfy walk, tickets can be purchased at a machine in the entrance. It’s only a couple of stops to the city, where ‘all’ the sites are condensed and walkable. We took the Big Bus on both routes which gives a fantastic overall view and layout of Madrid.. Madrid itself is a beautiful city, I felt it’s elegance in the wide tree lined avenues and boulevards… there was a quieter pace in this city, and it was relaxing with the gorgeous botanical gardens, easy walking to Prado and museums with cafes along the way.. We attended Mass at the Cathedral, which is next to The Palace. We strolled back taking time wandering the cute alleys stopping for lunch along the way… Toledo is worth the train trip, a great day there with incredible history … it sits magnificently and is awe inspiring. Hope you enjoy Madrid as much as we did.. It’s impressive. A worthy comment as we have travelled the world extensively for over 40 years… 😄
