"A place to stay over one night"

The flexibility of the check in and check out times. Easy to communicate with the owner. The flat has everything you need, even a hairdryer, some shower gel and shampoo. Quite strong heaters in the room.

The condition of the common areas are shabby and very old and it looked unsafe at late hours. The flat is really compact, for 1-2pp.The toilet and shower are separated and the shower is basically a hole in the wall without any door, just a curtain to cover it. The water took several minutes to heat up and the toilet was really cold as there is no heating anywhere in that area. As I stayed during the January freezing cold days, it was essential.

"Peaceful small apartment in Riga"

Charming, clean and quiet cozy little flat, not far from the city center in a working class district. Authentic experience, similar to probably how soviet life in Riga was in the 1960s-70s. The bed and the wifi is excellent! Top floor.

The corridor is not the most romantic area of the building;)

"Good for a quick trip"

Very clean and nice apartment for a reasonable price. We had everything we needed inside the apartment. Close to grocery store and the bus stop.

The bed was kinda small for two people, but okay.
