GBGreat outside space, great outdoor cooking facilities. Lovely quiet location, great space in the villa. The pool was maintained throughout and the staff always answered any calls. There were 3 bathrooms which was great for large family groups .
There were several broken screens. The settees were dirty and covered with bed sheets. This could have been improved using proper throws. The collection and drop of keys was an absolute nightmare. The office is several kilometres away from the villa. Taxis are available but difficult so if you’re unaware then trying to get keys would be awful. This wasn’t explicit. The company need a key safe properties, there shouldn’t be any excuse . There were no cleaners for the two weeks unless we paid extra. The keys and the cleaners have not been our usual experience which certainly added a stress level you don’t want to deal with on holiday. There was outdoor furniture on a lovely balcony with stunning views but no seat covers so you couldn’t sit out in them. I appreciate guests have possibly left them out in the rain but there could have been water proof box to put them in . The pool table and table tennis table were a great addition but the pool queues were so small it was unplayable. This was incredibly disappointing considering this was one of the main reasons we chose this villa. With a few additions and sorting keys and cleaners as part of the package this could be a great villa .

GBNice enough villa, pleasant setting and surroundings, not far from the beach and amenities, plus had a handy supermarket 500 yards away, albeit a bit pricey. Weather was constant sunshine.
The pool cues were completely smashed and held together with plasters so requested some new ones, they arrived 2 days later, but was short ones for children only. The pool filter stopped working after two days and the pool turned a murky greenish colour which we was told would still be safe to go in, I didn't go in, however my son did and got an ear infection 2 days later which meant we had to get GP advice and then he was on antibiotics for the rest of our and stay, approx. 9 days and couldn't submerge his head under water, I am not saying it was down to the pool and couldn't prove that, but the GP did think it was due to this, as do I. Finally, the electrics kept on tripping 3 to 4 times as we were apparently using too much electricity, well when you have 5 females in the house and all getting ready to go out for the evening, you are going to have a power surge, apparently when this happens, it automatically cuts the power, I have never heard of this in any villas we have stopped in before and is down to the owners??
