It's a lovely homestay, quite close to Heathrow Airport. In this Homestay room you have all the amenities of a Hotel room. The Host was also very accomodating and helpful in figuring out how the heater worked.

The Taxis from the airport over charge a lot, it's better to take the free H30 Line Bus to get to the nearest bus station, and then walk the remaining short distance.

The host was so helpful and friendly was really important and they really went the extra mile. The property was comfortable and clean with everything you need.

Host was exceptionally good, very helpful. Room was clean, location was very close to the airport (less than 15 minutes by bus). Overall, I had a very nice experience even though I had a crazy day with my flight being canceled after delay after delay.

This room was perfect for me I would highly recommend it as it was nice and clean and also included air con and an air purifier the host was also very welcoming. The location was great as well being very close to terminal 4 and 5

This is a room in a family's house so i was a bit unsure, but flight was cancelled and so i was stuck in Heathrow at 11:30 pm and all hotels were full. I booked Mim Su Rooms at about 11:40pm and then called the owner because i would arrive after midnight, which is the latest check-in time. The owner kindly accepted the booking even though I would arrive a little after midnight. When I arrived the owner showed me where everything is and was very welcoming. The house and room was lovely, clean and tidy and the bed was very comfortable... its a shame I only got to sleep in it for 6 hours! The room and bathroom is on the top floor, so feels quite separate from the family. Although I did feel a bit guilty for arriving so late and night and then getting up at 6am to leave. It feels a bit odd to be staying in a stranger's house, but that is just a personal thin. This was a good place to stay - clean, comfortable, close to Heathrow (10 mins to Terminal 5 without traffic) and good value.

The location is close and it's clean inside.

The owner has a good hospitality with the tolerance regarding late check in. And the bed is comfortable enough to sleep well.

Only a cup, which was installed in the bath room, was not clean enough.
