Min Su Rooms

I arrived an hour late after a delayed flight and the hosts were very accomodating! It was conveniently right next to the family's Chinese restaurant, and they took my order after I unpacked and brought it back to the room. Great conversation to wind down after travel and the room itself was adjustable to temperature/lighting preferences.

No suggestions for improvement, I was very happy with my stay. Only complaint is the price range, but the close distance to London Heathrow easily made up for that.

The house near by Heathrow airport, the house owner takes good service,they keep a clean house every day very nice

Very clean, very comfortable and the proprietor gave all of the information I would need, such as where the outlets are, the WiFi password, and showed me how to be careful with the hot water tap in case it was too hot. This was a last minute emergency booking, I was originally in a different facility but there were some concerning issues such as personal safety, air quality in a smoking room, and a few other red flags for a solo female traveler. I felt fortunate to find the Min Su room, it was so safe and so lovely.

Nothing, it was terrific., there was even an air purifier to run at nighttime.

The location was very convenient being close to terminal 4 and 5. The host was very welcoming and the room was nice and clean.

It was a great experience, the room was very clean and the bed was very nice, the hosts were fantastic, very welcoming, and the area was great as well. It was very close to terminal 5 and 4 so it was very convenient. The Chinese food was also delicious which is a bonus as well.

Owner was very kind and helpful and the accommodation was great. Would recommend.

The host was very flexible, accommodating and kind. He was ready for me at midnight and attended to my every need and question. I flew in that night and had a morning departure. So, I stayed here instead of at the airport. Much more comfortable, also less expensive than other nearby locations.

The bed was very firm, but I was very tired, so it didn't make much difference.

Comfortable stay. Nice neighborhood. Kind, helpful host who communicates well. Bonus was his adjacent restaurant.

Transportation (Uber) from Heathrow Airport to location was a little pricey (25 to 30 pounds), but the accommodation was an excellent deal, so overall it was all good.

bedroom window is on high street so curtain kept closed all the time for privancy (not an issue for me and my one night stay)
