"Lacking in cleanliness"

Location was good, relatively central to fourways

The map on booking.com sent us to the wrong location. The cleaner was not finished until 15:00 (hour after check in) There was no instruction on how to access the complex There was hair in between the sheets and in the bath No instructions on wifi or access/departure of unit
