Delightful newly renovated 3-bed house with garden beach hut

The owner provided a great list local amenities Property was very clean and well equipped Off road parking with secure gates

The house was easy to find.. and not far from M55.. beautiful.. very spacious and functional.. and it swiftly got us into holiday mood.. we utilised Uber to get to the town and Lytham St. Annes often only because one of our friends has an account with them but the handi folder had all the information about public transport and contact numbers of local taxi firms.. the beach hut was amazing with an outdoor patio set and the driveway was useful to park our car and keep it safe behind locked gates.. What I loved about entering the house and into the kitchen was a box of lovely treats which went down very well and fully appreciated

There wasn't anything to dislike but I'd like to raise a couple of points.. . We moved the patio furniture into the beach hut for safety as evidently it scattered because of Storm Amy/high winds . We changed batteries in the remote for TV in the lounge . The muse body wash kindly left in the shower was empty.. but I don't know if that was part of the service they provided . There was a chip on the base of one of the wine glasses and I noticed the handle on one of the mugs is going to break soon . The rear gate to the driveway was quite narrow.. we had to move our mirrors in to reverse.. certainly tested our driving skills 😄 Ok.. so it turned out to be more than a couple of points.. but really.. we were very happy with our choice and wouldn't hesitate to come here again

Everything from booking to arriving home was amazing, hosts made everything perfect for our arrival and explained absolutely everything we needed to know whilst there and even a lovely message after we left. The house it's self was lovely no a single complaint or anything negative we could say and we will definitely be booking again

House was very clean and well equipped. Had a great outdoor area for relaxing.

Everything you need for a home from home stay. Sharon the host was amazing. No parking restrictions which was a bonus in Blackpool. The beach hut was well used by everyone for the darts. Seating area outside is a proper sun trap and great for outdoor eating and for the kids to play and be secure.

The host was very helpful when I had a couple of questions, the house was lovely and clean and had everything needed for our family to enjoy the weekend, would definitely recommend to others.
