Misty View CW4 Lakeside Spa Property

We have stayed in several properties on Lower Mill Estate over the years, and this house was by far the best yet. It was beautifully maintained, in excellent condition throughout, and clearly very well cared for. Often rental homes can feel a little tired, but this one felt fresh, high quality and thoughtfully equipped in every way. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed (and more!), the furniture was comfortable and of a high standard, and all the bedrooms were well appointed. Nothing felt cheap or compromised – it genuinely felt like a luxurious home-from-home. There were ten of us, and the space worked perfectly. The booking team were fantastic from start to finish – communication was brilliant, responses were fast, and we were personally checked in to ensure everything was perfect. A brand-new TV had just been installed during our stay, and the representative (such a lovely guy!) came by to make sure it was all set up and working correctly. Every request we had was dealt with efficiently and warmly. Being within The Nines gated area with access to the private pool and gym was a real highlight and made the trip even more special – a huge perk that we all appreciated. We absolutely love the estate – from relaxing in the house to hanging out at Ballyhoo, this is always the most chilled and enjoyable break we take as a group. We travel together often, and this property has now become our new go-to place. We’re already looking to rebook! To top it all off, the hosts kindly returned an item of clothing we’d accidentally left behind, free of charge – such a thoughtful gesture. In short: highly recommend, 10 out of 10. The house is fantastic, the hosts are top-notch, and we will absolutely be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
