Cosy Studio Cabin set in nature with stove

Mooi vrijstaand en compleet huisje op een zeer stille locatie.

De bewegwijzering klopt totaal niet. Er werd een adres aangegeven op Booking, wat leidde naar een wijk, waar niemand bekend was met ons huisje. Een paar bewoners hebben meegedacht, maar konden ons niet helpen. Wat erg vervelend was, was dat gastvrouw niet meer telefonisch bereikbaar was. Na bijna een uur zoeken lukte het wel weer contact te krijgen en toen stuurde zij ons nieuwe gegevens op basis waarvan we het huisje snel konden vinden. Waarom dit niet in de gegevens op Booking vermeld stond was ons een raadsel. Geen goed begin van een verder prima verblijf. Het bed was te smal: 140 cm.

Only issue was large roadworks which meant finding and getting in or out of the premises more difficult.

There was a lovely viewpoint a short walk behind the cabin, and it's in a relatively good location for travel.

​We were overall very disappointed with our stay. The cabin is advertised as being set in nature, but it sits right on the gravel driveway of a large main house, which felt misleading and lacked privacy. ​Inside, the cabin smelled strongly of dog, had cobwebs throughout, and the sofa blanket was dirty. The worst part was finding a dirty, hair-and-crumb-covered bedsheet hidden directly underneath a fresh top sheet. Additionally, the heating is locked on a timer with no option to boost it, making the cabin cold at night, and the bathroom grouting had visible mold. Not up to standard for the price.

We loved the peace and quiet. Lovely place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The scenery was magical. We'll be back. 🙂

No washing up liquid but everything else was there so being very picky

Loved location, views over fintra beach was beautiful, 2minute walk up path behind cabin. close enough to killybegs, instant hot water, had everything that you need for short break. Will be back again.

We booked this property based on its location which was showing it within the the `town limits` of killybegs as we were attending a social event. Unfortunatley the location is incorrect & it is located 2kms from the town in an area that has no footpaths or lighting. The property itself is very comfortable with good bedding which provided a good nights sleep, however, I would not stay here again due to its location only.

The property could do with a little more lighting on site & if the main house was booked out separatly, You would`nt have much privacy due to a lack screening / hedging etc.
