Hatte meinen Schlüssel einmal vergessen mitzunehmen und konnte meine Türe nicht öffnen beim Heimkommen. Schrieb ein WhatsApp und bekam auch sofort eine Antwort und in 10 Minuten wurde mir ein Ersatzschlüssel gebracht.

The room was clean.

The Aircon was making a rattling noise - we had to close it. The mattress was old and worn out. There were many mosquitoes in the apartment. It felt old and tired .. was expecting more for this price.

The room was good, clean and comfortable. The security staff were very helpful and friendly. Sheryl is an excellent host very quick to respond to any questions and happy to help with any requests. I highly recommend Sheryl as a choice in seeking accommodation help.

I noticed there was a TV downstairs in the pictures of the room missing. This did not bother me but thought it needs a mention if others notice this.
