REALLY nice apartment. Host is easygoing and very helpful. One of the best overnight stays on our 21 day vacation. Apartement is on top floor, so exercise for free😁

Riccardo meet us on arrival…air conditioning in all rooms…stocked fridge, free of charge…smart TV in all rooms…and car park…oh and location!!!

Nothing…even the four flights of stairs was good for our health

"Exceptional in every way!"

Where to begin? Location was so convenient, right on the edge of the old city and by the Porta Sant'Antonio. The dedicated parking spot made life so much easier! The apartment itself was beautiful, spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. Great views! The pictures don't begin to do it justice. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, shower was excellent.  The air conditioning, washer (and dryer!) and WiFi were reliable. The hospitality was unbelievable: welcome treats, a fridge packed with breakfast items, extra towels . . . even an extra set of keys. Extra bonus was the large TV and comfortable sofa in the living room. We chose self check-in so we never met our host in person but his extensive instructions made the whole process very smooth, and his prompt and friendly replies to each message made me feel like we had a friend in Sulmona!

It wasn't an issue for us, but visitors should note that there's no elevator.
