Spacious and clean

Could hear banging from above one night that was rather loud. Also there needs to be a screen door between kitchenette and main room.

War die kürzeste und doch sehr informative Einweisung, die wir je hatten.Sehr schöne saubere comfortable Unterkunft. Die Besitzer wohnen im Haus,was nicht weiter stört. Den Saltwasser Pool der direkt vom Wohnzimmer aus begehbar war haben wir auagiebig genutzt. Liegt direkt am Meer. Flughafen und Straße stören absolut nicht.

Leider ist das Meer hier nicht zum Baden geeignet, da die Küste steil abfällt und dadurch die Brandung zu stark ist.

Self contained modern unit. Lesley the owner lives on site and is very approachable but not intrusive. All very comfortable and nice bathroom. Swimming pool and hot tub available but we didn’t use. Breakfast items in the kitchen were good. Plenty to do in the area.

A good 5 mile drive out of town to a beach area - seemed a long way in the dark. You can just see the beach. The main road is a street away and can be heard.

Great spot — we really enjoyed our stay, especially the spa pool and wee Charlie! The apartment was well set up with everything we might need, and some treats too! Highly recommend for a stay in Napier, thanks Lesley 😊

The communication with Lesley was excellent. The information was clear, and Lesley responded quickly to any questions. The studio was beautiful. It was very clean and comfortable. The bedding was high quality and the shower gel and hand wash were also good quality. Don't forget to take your own shampoo! It was great to have some breakfast provisions and gf brownie was provided for my gf husband. That was a lovely touch! Crab Farm winery is about a 15 minute walk down the road. We hoped to grab lunch on the Sunday but they were fully booked, so plan ahead for that one. Ahuriri is less than a 10 minute drive away with many eating choices and Napier is about 15 minutes drive. So the location needs a car really. There are cycle tracks close by that would be lovely in the Summer and Lesley has bikes that can be hired. There is some road noise and plane noise as you're close to Napier airport. The pool is lovely and would be amazing in the Summer. We stayed in Winter and as tempting as it looked, I could only get in the cold water as far as my knees before scuttling into the spa pool instead. The spa was a real bonus! Lying watching the stars on a Winter evening was the highlight of the stay! We also enjoyed meeting Charlie the dog!!!

Loved all the additional touches like fresh bread (and other breakfast options) and milk. The Beach was very clean and loved that it had a pool and spa available.

Access to the beach front was a walk around the corner.

Very quiet, clean and beautiful with everything we need. Location is great. Beach is only two minutes walk. I enjoy watching sunrise while having breakfast. The best thing to mention is the hospitality provided by Lesley. She is so nice, friendly and helpful! Thanks Lesley, hope to see you again.
