"Comfy beds, nice hot tub but cold plunge not working as advertised. Management not helpful. Very Loud people upstairs."

Hot tub. Beds were awesome super comfy.

Cold plunge did not work. I reached out to the management company and they said just plug it in, but there was no plug to be found and it was dirty. I chose this place to have this option to use so I feel we didn’t get what we paid for and management was not satisfactory. Tenants upstairs were LOUD walking talking at all hours. Cursing too. Hard walking on the rocks and dragging suitcases to the back where our slider was to get in. Kitchen just had hot plate and air fryer, no dishwasher. Needs to add ice trays cutting board water purifier and colander and sound insulate better. Not a fan of the synthetic plug in air fresheners . The space was comfy wish we had time for ping pong.
