Spacious and stunning condo at the heart of Cebu

Great stay overall. The staff were excellent—very friendly and quick to communicate, which made everything smooth during my one month stay. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable longer stay. I stayed in room 1516 and especially loved the balcony views, which were definitely a highlight. It was always easy for Grab drivers to find the building. Check-in was smooth and straightforward. The WiFi was excellent and reliable throughout my stay, which made working remotely easy. The building itself was generally quiet, and the water pressure and hot water were both consistently good. I saw a review that said that the microwave was faulty, but it worked fine while I was here, so perhaps it was replaced. The building amenities were also a big plus, particularly the pool and gym, both of which were well kept and easy to access. There can sometimes be a short wait for the elevator during busy times, but there are four in the building, so it was never a major issue. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again next time.

The only small downside was that the air conditioning was quite noisy, so if you’re sensitive to sound while sleeping, it’s something to keep in mind. It's a few minutes walk to the nearest 7-11 and a 15 min walk to the nearest supermarket.

This is the most comfortable bed I have stayed in in the last 2.5 months! Everyone is so nice! The pool is amazing and the rooftop is absolutely beautiful too! 11/10 location. I would love to stay again in the future

There were many things that I love! I love the fact that the host was very helpful and accommodating, very easy to talk to. The space was more than suitable for my needs. The plus points I'd say were in the tiny details that they added: slippers, appliances, toiletries, and fruits! It was also near IT park, walkable to be honest! I just took Moveit for ease. Place was secure. Seamless check-in and check-out process. I could not ask for anything more from this stay!

I was not able to use the television. Netflix was not added, but I'm not sure if it came with the cost of the stay. It could have easily been my fault for not asking! :) There were a couple of nights when the internet was a bit spotty, but I think that was because of the incoming storm that messed with the connection. Totally negligible!

It was very good. One of the best place in Cebu for their price.

The property is very clean, organized and welcoming. I felt at home - there were cooking utensils, plates, cups and a hot plate. Additionally there is clean pool to cool off while enjoying Cebu.

It was very organised and complete! Every necessity you need it available, as well as the building staff are all hospitable and helpful. The place smelled good!

Nothing really, but maybe some clean hotel slippers would be a good touch. Other than that. I had a great stay!
