Nothing about the hotel.

We had a reservation on Booking.com for a room with two king-size beds. However, upon arrival, the room provided was not as booked: it had one large bed and a small sofa/chaise longue, which was very uncomfortable. We requested a room change, as the accommodation did not match what we had paid for. On the first night, we stayed in the same room and were given a small discount. There was also a water leak in the bathroom sink. The owner suggested that we cancel our Booking.com reservation and pay in cash in exchange for a discount, which felt unprofessional and not reassuring. We declined and insisted on paying by credit card. We continued to request the room type we had originally booked and also asked whether the bathroom issue had been checked. At this point, the owner claimed that we had insulted her, which is not accurate. Our concerns were strictly about the room, the beds, and the bathroom condition. On the second day, our room was changed while we were out, but it still did not meet the reservation requirements. Instead of two king-size beds, there was one large bed and one larger sofa/chaise longue, which remained unsuitable and uncomfortable. While we were waiting for credit card payment options, and the new room entrance code (we didn't trust the hotel before we did the payment), we were threatened with being reported to the police. This entire experience was extremely stressful and exhausting. At this point, we are unsure whether the issue lies with the hotel or Booking.com, and whether a room with two king-size beds actually exists in this property or not.
