The address on booking.com is incorrect. No coat hangers. Stains on the sheets. Wire hanging out of the wall where a wall light should be.

Not very much, with the exception of the flatscreen TV, which is large and has Netflix. Undercover parking.

They offered to upgrade me to a superior room via Booking.com messages (at an extra cost) but stuck me in their cheapest room upon arrival. This had no fridge and a rock hard bed. I complained and they reluctantly moved me. This new room had a nice comfortable bed and a small fridge, but NO hot water in the shower. I complained to reception who ridiculously couldn't help (advising nothing can be done until tomorrow), nor made any attempt to assist further....so I demanded for the incompetent staff member to call management. They did and said management would come to my room momentarily. This never occurred and upon check out they tried to charge me 1,300,000VND whereby it should have only been 900,000VND. Sneakily trying to charge me for the "fancy no hot water" room for both nights. Shameful and disgraceful conduct. Hotel should be avoided completely. They also boast a food menu, which is a blatant lie as there is NO FOOD available, just overpriced drinks.
