Lovely one bedroom flat.

Location

Need to fix the stove set up. Declutter the kitchen area . Check power board in tv area.( Got a burnt out hole in it. Need an egg flip. Store more toilet paper and towels.

Not much.

Most things. Awkward to find. Awkward to park. Obvious damp. Crappy electric shower with broken screen door replaced with crappy curtain. Fusty odour - but that might be subjective.

Where to start. Sunroom was okay. Needed it to dry the two towels they supplied. One area that had some warmth. Kitchen had a funky smell. Old food in freezer fridge and cupboards. Lots of cleaners under all counters. We choose not to use the kitchen at all. Little livingroom was where the tv was. Great tv service but hung high on the wall which made it uncomfortable to watch. Bedroom has a queen mattress on a double frame so one person slides into the other on a very uncomfortable mattress which had old covers and flat Rock like pillows. Mold in one area of wall Bathroom. Need to pull toilet lever up or the toilet doesn't refill. The shower was the icing on the cake. You pull a cord to turn on the hot water. The shower was heated with a box on the wall which was electrical and sealed with what I am sure not safe. The small shower door was missing and so they fixed a plastic curtain to half the door so water went out on the floor. There was mold in shower and bugs on floor Overall a full nightmare.

Lovely flat in a quiet neighbourhood. Had all facilities that could be needed, was modern, and I liked the fact it had a single point of access, accessed only by me throughout my stay. Helpful hosts. Good price. Parking available. Close to central Belfast but nicely situated away from the hustle and bustle to allow for rest when at the flat.

Great location, quiet neighborhood. Everything as in the description. A well-equipped facility where you can feel at home :)
